The service is amazing and the attention to detail in all elements of the meal provide for an unforgettable experience. The setting seems a bit underwhelming but that feeling stopped at the door. Service is formal but friendly. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel relax. 

This is food as theatre. Beautifully presented, stimulating all senses. You can take the taster menu. Which meant that some courses were better than others. But so many courses through that delighted. And made you wish that all food could taste like this. The waiter brings raw whole pieces into the packages at the table and explains what the system looks like. Who works at the center is a good request. Great atmosphere, good service. It is really something special,very different. I would go again that is for sure ! A very special little place. It felt like going home and being treated like welcome friends rather than just another customer.Yes it is silly money for food and drink but it is an amazing experience. You'll be greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Waiter for the meal are friendly and yet impeccably professional. You can opted for the tasting menu and will be please to be offered the chance to modify it. The food is sublime. The service is impeccable and the location is beautiful. Yes it is expensive but it is for special occasions and something you will remember forever. The best food you'll have ever eaten.

Chowringhee has Beautiful setting, excellent service staff and a place desire to be. Food is absolutely delicious, a symphony of flavors and well plated. The service was the best in the world with plenty of service staff, timely service, and cheerfulness. The dining room is lovely, service superb and the food is sublime. The service is top of the pop. You will be up for a treat and you won’t be disappointed. This is a great place! The staff is professional and attentive, the vibe of the dining room it s beautiful, cool and lively, the food was nice, love the small menu... Great experience. Service is flawless as well. The decor is beautiful with tables set sufficiently apart. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice as well. The crowd is diverse in every way and you can feel the light aura and energy in the air here. The food is always excellent and service is professional and warm. A gem ! Extraordinary dining experience. What stands out to me the most is the level of professionalism and knowledge of the staff. Any questions regarding the food is answered with exquisite detail. Truly a wonderful variety of beautifully presented tasting dishes. Excellent attentive service and you will be particularly impressed with the substitute dish provided to offset a dish. A knowledgeable and helpful staff completed the outstanding overall experience. And the food...incredible. Creative, visually stunning at times, but always delicious. It's clear that always starts with wanting the food to taste great, then experiments with how to make it interesting. Few of the dishes overpowered with flavor- rather they were subtle but textured.
Portion size is good - enough for you to enjoy the course but not so much you were unable to have more.
The coffee is also very good. Not an inexpensive meal, but you will agree it is well worth it.
If you ever have a chance to eat here, don't hesitate! The food is incredible and the service is attentive and faultless. Sitting on the lovely terrace as they bring out plate after plate of exquisite food is an amazing experience. Service was top notch, from the moment you will arrive when the door is opened for you without us even being aware that they are watching our approach, to them noticing one of us leave handed and arranging the silverware backwards for them, to the free glass of dessert and shakes sense that you totally enamored with my first choice, to the constant attention to water, napkins and silverware, all with a friendly smile and warm. I would probably recommend someone looking for the meal of a lifetime to try something else. Chowringhee's  food is some of the best we have ever had in our lives. Service is impecable and you will not find the words to describe the eating experience without superlatives. Absolutely memorable experience. You must not use the word "perfect" frequently to save it to very rare places like here! From the entrance to leaving it is a special concert from the restaurant. Best Chef , Best Service , Best owner , Best Food and The Humblest Attitude beyond all, Respect!!! A delight in your mouth but also a delight to your eyes also. A very quiet fine dining but a really fine dining. Food is excellent but mesmerising all the different flavours and the blends and the sommelier he has given the most shakes and mocktails. The food might take a little while to pay off, but when you leave, it's only the food and the overall experience that you reflect on and talk about, not the cost. From the moment you are shown to your seat until the time you sadly have to leave, it is an assault on the senses - mostly taste, but the others get a good run as well.

Dine outdoors if you can. Wonderful is an understatement. Both the food and the service was phenomenal!  It is a beautiful restaurant, the service is great as is the food. It definitively merits its three stars. So on the whole, it was very good, but not exemplary, and with all of the fine dining in this restaurant. The service, perfect, the place beautiful.Reserve a table in advance or you may not get in.You would love to take the chef home with you. I am in awe. It is all just perfect. Anything you order is great. The superlatives from the other reviews are all true. The dishes are extraordinary, the service attentive but not pretentious, and the atmosphere is top notch, all in a beautiful setting. A particularly nice touch was that owner himself made it a point to visit every table. The staff is a delight, and the sommelier who recommended an excellent shakes complimented all of our courses. Manager will personally comes out to meet you and adds to the experience of making you feel looked after. Tables adequately spaced and a calm but friendly atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit !! The meal is an experience, a work of art. You will enjoy every dish. Every dish is simply amazing. I have to give special praise to the sommelier too. He was informative, knows what he's talking about and what goes well with what. It will make your meal much more memorable. Service is immaculate, we cannot complain about anything! The staff member comes to greet you about three courses in. I have to say it will be a shame he didn't come at the end of the meal as you would shower him with so much more compliments! A well-deserved 3 stars. It is the best restaurant experience you will ever have. Service is beautifully choreographed by the staff...and I do mean that it is an art to move so efficiently and in sync. Shakes are generous and matched perfectly. Food is art here.
