Service was good, food was also good, chicken and kidney pie was really good. Good food at reasonable prices with a nice outlook. The "Very Good Restaurant" is a very good restaurant. Wonderful food lovely location and very good value for money, the locals say the best restaurant in Satay Niketan within 10 miles. Whoever is cooking back in the kitchen needs a medal. All of the food is delicious, fresh, tasty and well put together and presented. Great value for money too.  A great, friendly, warm and comforting establishment. A big thank you to the Manager, you really made us feel welcome and cared for. We will be back soon. Service was also very good and prices were reasonable. Chowringhee restaurant has Efficient staff, food arrives within short time. The food is very good, prices are even better. Even our picky teenagers gives it the thumb up. The fish is fantastic and they have lots of good Thai food. We nightly recommend a visit. Friendly staff and great value for money. Everything was great and the price was very reasonable. Great little restaurant with good food, large serves, attentive staff. Food was very tasty and plentiful, leftovers were taken home and eaten for dinner. Food was just as tasty when eaten later. Would recommend. Everyone should give it a try.

The staff are friendly, the food are consistently excellent and the location is amazing! And its not that expensive either! For well presented, flavourful traditional Thai food, give it a go, Certainly, nobody is disappointed. this restaurant is downside along the road, in a shack, with bright lights. This restaurant is fantastic. Awesome food and pocket-friendly price, easily two can eat at 400 RS. A must when you're in the area. Good service as well. This restaurant is a gem. Great food and shakes for great prices. Great service, friendly staff, and pleasant location. Good variety of western food (fish, steak, burgers and pasta). The food here is traditional and very reasonable, you get reasonable food served by the family, who are helpful and they work incredibly hard. When somebody dined here they go for the Chicken Thai Curry. The dish are well cooked and the service is brilliant. Overall Chowringhee Restaurant has Pleasant food with a very nice service. Service is prompt and food delicious. Another roadside spot that is easily overlooked but you will not be disappointed here. It’s definitely a very good restaurant,food diversity is quite surprising for a local restaurant, which will suit everyone taste. From Asian (by far not the most authentic, but to fit westerners taste), to farang specialties like BBQ, pasta and salads. You will certainly find the right dish on their long menu... I highly recommend this to everyone.

Best Place to Hangout in Satya niketan

Sometimes it is hard to get nice spicy food in places but this is the best place to have everything altogether. The restaurant name isn't hiding anything. A great selection of foods at fantastic prices. A nice cozy place. The food is very good and at very reasonable prices.

The service is very personal and high- very friendly and good service. When we visit this place again this is probably the only place we are going to eat! Restaurant offers outside seating with some fans, tables are quite close to each other. Staff is active, friendly.

 Food is served quickly and presented nicely. The menu offers too many choices. Portions are quite big and the taste of the food is very suitable for everyone. Prices are very reasonable. Good size portions, good quality of food and very good shakes prices. All in all good. The very friendly staff as compared to other places, definitely good and recommended. It would be a restaurant you would go for a decent meal if you happen to be nearby. The food portion are very huge. The fried rice was like a 2-3 pax portion. I would say the food here is the best and it's quite decent and with huge portion. Quite a good try.

They are famous for the best khati rolls in Satya Niketan. They have a large variety of rolls available. And they all are just mouth watering. They are very fresh and hot. They increase and decrease flavors and spices as per the customer's wishing to eat.

Best fast food I've ever tried, quite similar to our dishes maybe that's why it took me back to childhood! I'll definitely go back!

We visited for a very late lunch. With my family. The staff welcomed us very warmly. The staff were kind and thoughtful and generous with their time. This place is the best! If you like the continental food it is well worth a visit. Warm welcome and delicious food. We loved it so much ate late lunch yesterday and returned today for dinner. . The staff couldn’t have been better. Clearly, love what they are doing and the food they are serving. They have a variety of Rolls and they are known to be the best rolls in South Campus. It felt like going home and being treated like welcome friends rather than just another customer. The chef is clearly very proud of his food and it shows. Taste was superb as was a presentation. There was a staff worker standing next to us for taking our orders- so smilely and helpful with nothing being too much trouble. We had our dinner and then ordered cold coffee as the staff suggest that they have the best coffee available. And sure it was!
The price of everything was not too high.. As compared to the food and people serving us. We eventually left rather reluctantly for the long drive home, but will definitely be back. I recommend everyone to take a look at the restaurant once, you all will love it. The venue is small, but the welcome was not! The food was nothing short of fantastic, unique, tasty, all fresh and well priced. I can highly recommend it. The staff we're very knowledgeable about the food and seemed to genuinely care about their customers. The Great atmosphere, great food, great staff, well done Chowringee you've thoroughly earned this 5 star review, we'll soon make the trip again! This restaurant is a gem without a doubt in the whole Satya Niketan. I just loved the food and the way it was presented. Take a visit guys.

Qd's Restaurant

Well, this is one of my favorite places. Even a plain daal from qd's is mouthwatering. The food is prepared with all the fresh ingredients and spices. And one can find them from the beautiful taste they have in their every dish. You can never go disappointed from qd's. Also they have the best tandoori momos in whole South Campus.

Chowringee Satya Niketan

This restaurant is famous for their khati rolls and Indian fast foods. They have variety of food available and a lot of dishes. There is a peaceful environment and one will love to go there with there family and friends. They have a dish called afghani chicken which you all should not miss. Paneer tikka roll is also very delicious.

Uptown cafe

I really don't know how to explain how amazed I am with quality and friendliness in this amazing cafe. You have to try. Everything is finger licking good. They have the best pizza I have ever had before. The food had something really special- delicate flavours and fantastic ingredients. I can highly recommend. It's a small place but beautifully decorated, I just loved their creativity. Plus the  lovely staff.

Off Campus

I loved the atmosphere of this place - so different from others. The best thing about the cafe is.. You can sit both inside the cafe and also on the terrace. You ha e so beautifully decorated everything. Its a best place for parties. They have the best white sauce pasta. And also the chilly potatoes. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Hera pheri

This a fantastic small restaurant in Satya Niketan. They serve modern food which I was unable to find anywhere else. Food is delicious and coffee is for sure one of the best. As soon as you get in you are received with a smile. Very nice staff. You feel at home. A small, but extremely well laid out space and the friendliest and unassuming service I've come across in ages. The food and drinks were wonderful. And they were beautifully presented.
